“St. Michael’s Church of England School, established upon Christian foundations, and living out the Christian faith, is committed to providing every child with an excellent education.”
We promote our Vision through the key words:
‘Create – Equip – Partner’
At St. Michael’s we view the transition to secondary school as a major event in our pupils’ educational journey. It is one where parents and pupils begin the process of visiting new schools and thinking ahead to the future. The whole experience can be a daunting one but we hope with the advice and guidance we give as a school we can alleviate some of the stresses involved. The positive impact of having these robust procedures in place eases the transition from Key Stage 2 through to Key Stage 3 and supports parents in making choices for their children.
Please note: Due to COVID19 the presentation planned will not take place. There will be a virtual secondary transfer meeting with parents 0n September 3rd at 6pm. All information will be available via the school website.
