St. Michael's CE School

Working Together For The Good Of All

“St. Michael’s Church of England School, established upon Christian foundations and living out the Christian faith, is committed to providing every child with an excellent education.”

Helping in School

Parent helpers are very welcome in school, provide a valuable source of support for teachers and children at St. Michael’s and can make a real difference to the children’s learning experience at our school.

There are many ways in which Parents/Carers can engage with delivering the very high standard of education at St. Michael’s – accompanying children on class outings; hearing children read; supporting activities within school (e.g. sewing) or sharing their expertise on a particular subject.

If you would like to come in and help you must have a Disclosure Barring Service check in place (DBS check) with the school as this is part of the Board of Governors requirements for adults being on site and keeping those within our community safe. (Applications can be made by contacting the school office.)

We look forward to working with you!
